What is a credit?
A credit is the unit used to pay for lead unlocks and paid email sends inside Northstar.
How much is one credit worth?
1 credit = Rs.1 (PKR). Package prices map directly to the number of credits purchased.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Northstar uses a credit wallet. You purchase credits and spend them when you use paid features.
What is the difference between Contact and Full?
Contact unlocks verified public contact information. Full adds website, social, location, niche intelligence, what-to-sell, need context, and opportunity score.
What makes a Premium lead?
Premium requires qualifying public evidence — such as a public request, buying signal, or traceable public source. Without evidence, Premium is not offered.
Can I upgrade a lead?
Yes. You pay only the difference: Contact → Full (+5), Full → Premium (+10), Contact → Premium (+15).
Do I pay again if I already unlocked a lead?
No. Re-accessing the same tier does not charge again. Upgrades charge only the incremental credit difference.
How much does email outreach cost?
Basic email is 5 credits per successful send. Personalized email is 10 credits.
What happens when Premium evidence is unavailable?
The lead may still be available as Contact or Full. Premium is not sold without qualifying public evidence.
