Acceptance

By accessing Northstar (US Lead Desk), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

Northstar provides business lead discovery and intelligence tools focused on the United States market. The platform collects and organizes publicly available information and applies rule-based analysis. It does not guarantee lead accuracy, completeness, coverage, or commercial outcomes.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Do not share access or attempt to access another user's workspace, wallet, or purchased leads.

Credits and payments

Paid features consume credits from your server-side wallet. Credit purchases and spending are recorded in an auditable ledger. Prices displayed in the product define current credit costs unless explicitly updated in the application.

Lead information

Lead records are compiled from public sources. You must use lead data lawfully and in compliance with applicable outreach, privacy, and anti-spam rules in your jurisdiction and your targets' jurisdictions.

Opportunity scores and signals

Scores, need labels, and premium evidence are indicators derived from available public information. They are not guarantees that a business will respond, purchase, or match your offer.

Outreach responsibility

You control when and how outreach is sent. You are responsible for message content, consent where required, unsubscribe handling, and compliance with email and telemarketing regulations. Northstar provides workflow tools; it does not send unsolicited bulk mail on your behalf without your configured actions.

Acceptable use

You may not use Northstar to:

• Access private or non-public data through unauthorized means
• Harass businesses or individuals
• Circumvent credit, unlock, or authorization controls
• Reverse engineer or disrupt platform infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute lead data in violation of applicable law or these terms

Intellectual property

The Northstar application, branding, and original platform content remain the property of the platform operator. Public business facts remain subject to their respective sources; your license covers use through the product workflow.

Availability

We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party source changes, or infrastructure events may affect discovery results or feature availability.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Northstar is provided as-is without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The operator is not liable for lost profits, lost deals, or indirect damages arising from use of lead intelligence or outreach tools.
